This session turns the Nacha Operating Rules from an intimidating resource into a practical, easy-to-navigate tool. Participants will be guided through the structure of the Rules, learning how to quickly locate key sections and understand how different parts of the Rules connect. Along the way, important areas of focus will be highlighted to help demystify the content and build confidence in using the Rules effectively.

Through clear explanations and practical examples, attendees will strengthen their understanding of ACH terminology, the intent behind the Rules, and the responsibilities of both ODFIs and RDFIs. By the end of the session, participants will be better equipped to navigate, tab, and apply the Nacha Operating Rules with confidence in their daily operations.
